Our delivery policy:
Upon confirmation of payment, all orders placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched
the same day for First Class delivery and should expect to reach the customer within
3 - 5 working days. Please note any orders placed over the weekend will be processed
the following working day.

If a customer wishes to cancel their order for whatever reason this needs to be
done within 2 hours of the order being placed otherwise the product will have been

Paula McCormack Ltd offer a returns period of 14 days. If goods are received back
within this timescale and are in perfect condition then a full refund will be given.
The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our premises.
